Outpatient Therapy
Golden Years Homestead has a separate outpatient therapy department located in our High-Rise building. Our outpatient therapy department is fully equipped to rehabilitate adults of all ages. Our therapists treat many acute conditions affecting our independent and assisted living residents, as well as worker’s compensation injuries for various businesses in the Fort Wayne and New Haven community. We are separate from the health care center conveniently located just inside the front entrance of our Maysville Road location.
